As you may or may not know, ChainFire released recently an app that would permit Non-tegra devices to convert textures from onesortto ETC.
This app required plug-ins, I am pleased to say those plugins just released.
I just tried to play Samurai II HDRevengeon my Galaxy S II, it works perfectly!
To install:
1)Download the plugins from below
2)Extract it on the root from your device so you'll have those three zips on the root
libGLEMU_QUALCOMM.zip
libGLEMU_POWERVR.zip
libGLEMU_NVIDIA.zip
3) Open the Chainfire app and select "install plugins" and click on all of them
4) Re-open Chainfire and go to "Default OpenGL Settings" and select "Use plugin" with the plugin you need
5) PROFIT!
